What happen to the DIY video?

I have a confession to make.

In a couple entry back I said that I'm gonna upload a DIY video soon, but it never come up.

Well, the thing is, I always have ALL of my data in my external hard disk and I accidentally drop it just a few days after I posted up I will upload soon. I've tried to recover the data, but it cannot be done (I'm still gonna try though). So, in the mean time I have no video with me at ALL.

At same time, I lost all of my photos, campus data, videos, etc, because I have all my data there T.T. I have like 5 videos to be uploaded in there too.

I'm doing a nail art tutorial right now and I hope I can put it up within this week.

I still don't know if I'm gonna re-record the tutorials that I lost though, maybe I will, maybe I won't. I still have 2 of the nail art photos of the lost video because I haven't transfered to my hdd yet when the accident happened, so I might re-record those two, but only on 1 or 2 fingers maybe, we'll see ;)

So, please please please bear with me, okay?

I'm still mourning over this, because I do have a lot of important data there. I mean, I cried for hours wtf -___-". Don't you dare thinking I overreact, because it's hard to lose all of your data that you've been collected for years and years at once!!

Egg in a Basket

What would you want to have for breakfast???

I want Egg in a Basket!!!

Have you heard of it? It's basically a sunny side up cooked in a bread's hole.

a little background story first, okay? :)

I first saw it on CookingandCrafting, thought that it was a cute idea, but I would never be bothered to do it. too fussy lah have to cut a hole -___-".

Then saw on OnePotChefShow. Still cannot be bothered.

And a couple days ago I saw it on LauraVitalesKitchen and for some reason, the way she eats it at the end of the video is really persuading wtf.

Suddenly I went from "can't be bothered" to "I.HAVE.TO.MAKE.IT".

So, I made it !! :)

Pour over my super-secret-yummylicious sauce and it tastes HEAVENLY

They taste like your reguler eggs and toast breakfast, only 1000000000000000000000000x better~

Buttery bread goodness, gooey egg yolk, yummy sauce...oh my..It was a paradise in my mouth!!

Perfect for breakfast in bed and brunch too.

p.s. all comments on this dish might be exaggerated and biased due to my over self-proud and the thought that I nailed it and also, the fact that it actually tastes freakin' AWESOME (again, read the p.s.). lol. 

Aglio e Olio with Bacon & Corn

I looveee aglio e olio pasta!! They're just light and easy.

I made some days ago. I think it was my 3rd time making this, but they still looked ugly --". Oh well, they tasted good though ^^V.

For the aglio olio I used foodwishes' recipe minus the parshley and parmesan (too expensive for college student what), I used processed cheddar instead. Then, I added bacon & onion + corn. Yums! :9

I might make a blog entry about how to make this in the future.

abrupt change of topic.

a couple of weeks ago, Sam was doing some coding on binary search tree and I was boreeeed to death 'cos I did nothing (too lazy to code myself~just let him finish then teach me how to :p).

Anyway, so I decided to make a masterpiece...

out of Sam's hair!! lol.

He seriously didn't give a shit on whatever I was doing with his hair, just kept coding and coding wtf. #dedication #truegeek #mightaswelljustbaldhim

And then I went ahead to take pics from every angle possible and still...no response -__-". Oh well, at least I wan't bored anymore.

And I laugh myself the whole entire time!!! good entertainment is good entertainment.

So, that was my tip for you guys who got bored ;)

NOTD - (sorta) Rainbow Mani

It's been a while since the last time I did a NOTD entry and I hope you guys will like this one since it seems like rainbow pattern is really popular nowadays.

This is actually a remake of my looong looong ago nail art minus the fimo.

It's VERY VERY rare for me to do a nail art more than once (except classic one like white french mani) 'cos I'd rather try out new design. I think the only other nail arts that I've done more than once was a nail art deco thingy and a purple mani with stripes (never blog about both of them, someday maybe).

Anyway, like most of my NOTD, this is not actually a nail art I wear today. It's from a month ago.

Right now, I'm actually supporting a classic white french mani ;)

p.s. you can spot my absolute favorite pink 'fantasy' loofah there :3

The only reason why I didn't add the fimo was because I was so goddamn lazy -____-".

If you opened the link in the beginning you'd see that it was the same EXACT color as in this entry. I actually didn't realize it until I saw the photos. And I'm actually using a completely different products!!!

This one in this entry, the pink, blue, and yellow all from TFS nail polishes and the glitter is Nail Art Deco by L.A. Color.

Back then I only had a small spread of nail polishes and didn't have any pastel color, so for the blue and pink I actually used acrylic paint and for the yellow I mixed an intense yellow nail polish with lots of white. For the glitter, I didn't have polishes with thin brush nor stripper brush, so I used toothpick (I think).

See, even with a limited supply you can still create a cute and beautiful nail art ;)

How to : Curse like a Sir

I watched Dark Shadows last Tuesday and it was AWEEESOOOME <3

The storyline was actually not that great, it was okay, good, something you'd want to watch. But the acting of the characters were a.m.a.z.i.n.g *drool*

I'm not a movie critique, so what do I know, right? Just IMO.

I've been wanting to see it since I saw the theatrical poster.

Why?

Because Johnny Depp starring in it, of course. He's such a great actor, no?

I didn't know at that time it was Tim Burton film, so when I saw his name at the beginning of the movie, I got even more excited ^^

The movie was funny too. And I just looooveee the way Barnabas (Johnny Depp' character) talks. He talks in old english language, making him looks like one of those humble rich lord.

AND!!

 He talks in the most gentlemen way <3, even when he curses

"You may strategically place your wonderful lips upon my posterior and kiss it repeatedly!"

ikr?? That's saying 'kiss my ass!', like a sir. 

That was my favourite quote out of the movie, other than

"Family is the only real wealth."

Other than Barnabas, I love the Carolyn characters' acting. Basically, I like all of them though.  

If you want light movie with dark story and still funny, you might wanna watch this ;)

My Laptop is Healthy!!

Just to update certain stuffs.

I said that my laptop was broken and all about how I couldn't upload video because I can't edit it with the laptop I'm currently using and all that jazz.

Luckily, I still have 2 finished videos. I've uploaded the first one and I'm gonna upload the second one real soon. It's a DIY video ;)

I've been postponing to upload this one as long as I could 'cos I don't have any other video anymore..

BUT!!!

I think it's yesterday or 2 days ago, my dad told me that my laptop has been fixed.

YEAAAYYY!!

I was like screaming in my heart full of joy and happiness. I would've actually screamed if I wasn't on a field trip and everyone would think "what the hell has gotten into her??!!"

The reparation took quite a big bucks though. When I knew how much it was, I was like "wtf??!!". They said that some of it already covered with the insurance, but I don't know, can cheat one right?

Nonetheless, I AM HAPPY!!! 

My laptop will be send to me soon and I'll be able to edit my videos ^^. I think I have like 4 or 5 more. I do have final exam and paper coming up though, so I don't know if I'm gonna be able to do it this month -____-" *another postponed plan sigh*

Over the years, I've had my fair share of being a crazy fan girl of westlife.

Oh, wait.

I still AM. Just on a lower dosage now.

But I still cried when I knew westlife gonna disband wtf  -___-".

The thought that there will be no new westlife music just breaks my heart. Somemore, I've never been to one of their concert. They just held a concert here October last year, and I missed it 'cause I just moved here and didn't know much about the city.

I'd like to think that somehow, someday, I'm gonna be able to go to their concert, but that dream ain't gonna happen now T_T.
